Eligibility
To earn Qantas Points at Adairs, you must be a Linen Lovers member and a Qantas Frequent Flyer member. Members can earn 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent on eligible products in-store and online at Adairs Australia and New Zealand, excluding delivery or shipping fees, gift cards, layby purchases, charity donations and Adairs branded shopping bags. To earn Qantas Points in-store, a member must provide their Linen Lovers member details and then scan their physical or digital Qantas Frequent Flyer barcode via the Qantas App at checkout. To earn Qantas Points online, a member must enter their Linen Lovers member details and then enter their Qantas Frequent Flyer number and surname during checkout at the time of purchase. If a member is unable to provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of the transaction, they will be unable to earn Qantas Points. Qantas Points will be awarded to an eligible members account within six weeks of the dispatch/collection of all items or the date the partial cancellation was processed by Adairs, whichever occurs last. Eligibility for earning Qantas Points could be subject to change at any given time in the future.
When do I provide my Frequent Flyer number?
When shopping in-store, members need to present and scan their physical or digital Qantas Frequent Flyer barcode via the Qantas App at checkout. When shopping online, members must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number and surname during checkout.
How long until I get my Qantas Points?
Qantas Points will be awarded to your Frequent Flyer account within six weeks of the dispatch or collection of all items in an eligible transaction or the date the partial cancellation was processed by Adairs, whichever occurs last.
