Your activation link was sent to the email that was used to invite you. Make sure you have checked your spam folder. If you are unsure which email was used, check with the person who invited you to Qantas Business Rewards.
If you are the first in your business to create an account, the link was sent to the email used to register.

Check if your business Account Manager has misspelled your email address or used a different email. If your email isn't registered to a Qantas Business Rewards account, ask your Account Manager to invite you.
