You can sign up for Qantas Pay in a few easy steps. Just click the Sign up button, and enter your details - it’s that simple.
Before signing up, make sure you:
- are a Qantas Frequent Flyer member. If you’re not yet a member, you can join for free, saving you the $99.50 joining fee
- are aged 16+
- have an Australian mailing address; and
- have your Driver’s Licence and Passport handy to verify your identity
You’ll earn Qantas Points on eligible purchases at home, overseas or online at the following rates1:
Earn up to 2 points for every $1 you spend outside Australia.
Earn 1 point for every $4 you spend within Australia.
Qantas Points are calculated on the AUD conversion rate at the time of the transaction.
If you have just received your new Qantas Pay card, you will need to activate it. Please log in via the Qantas Pay app or website, select ‘Received your Qantas Pay Card? Activate now’ and follow the prompts to enter the 3-digit CVC number located on the back of your card.
If you require support, please contact us 1300 992 700 within Australia or + 61 1300 825 302 if overseas (call charges may apply). Please ensure you have your card handy.
If your card is lost or stolen please immediately lock your card via the Qantas Pay app or website, and contact Mastercard Qantas Pay Global Support for assistance.
To lock your card online, first select ‘Manage’, then ‘Lock Card’ and follow the prompts.

We will then suspend the relevant facility to restrict further use and will arrange to send you a replacement card.
Replacement cards are sent to you at your nominated address.
If you wish to upgrade your Qantas Travel Money card to Qantas Pay so you can use the new Qantas Pay app, unlock Apple Pay and Google Pay, and enjoy exclusive card offers - log in, select Manage, then Request a new Qantas Pay card.
