Whether you’re in Port Lincoln for a weekend or planning to stay for a while to explore the Eyre Pensinsula, there are plenty of accommodation options available to choose from. If you fancy waking up to views over Boston Bay, opt for a hotel along the beachfront. Plus you’ll be centrally located to a choice of seafood restaurants, cafes and shops.

Spend some time relaxing on the pure white beaches in Coffin Bay National Park or shuck and dine on the local oyster bounty – straight from the water at Coffin Bay Oyster Farm. Get close to the local wildlife at Mikkira Station where a huge colony of koalas are protected in their natural habitat.
The Eyre Peninsula lives and breathes the sea. While there’s plenty to taste and explore on land, it’s also one of the best places in the world to get up close to incredible sea creatures great and small. Swim with dolphins at Baird Bay, wild cuttlefish in Whyalla or dive with great white sharks (if you’re game!).
Stay on the surface and throw in a line with fishing charters and tours offering the chance to reel in your own lunch in Tumby Bay and throughout the peninsula.
From the airport: Port Lincoln Airport is located 13 kilometres from the centre. Taxi and shuttle services are available inside the terminal. Qantas customers are given priority on the Port Lincoln Passenger Service shuttle.
Explore the region: Suburban Taxis and Des’s Lincoln Taxis as well as a local bus service are available in town. Hire a car or join a tour to explore the wider Eyre Peninsula region.
