Just landed

To mark the start of Autumn we've rolled out a newly refreshed dining menu across our lounge network. Flavours and ingredients that reflect the season are showcased in both our First and Business Lounges, be sure to indulge in one of our new dishes on your next visit.

Exclusive to our Sydney and Melbourne First Lounges

  • Warm salad of grilled enoki mushrooms, roasted chestnuts and baby carrots with pumpkin puree 
  • Crispy spiced duck with grilled plum, marinated radicchio and nasturtiums  
  • Steamed snapper with Jiangxi sauce, radish and cabbage pickles with jasmine rice 

Unveiling a fresh new cocktail selection

We've also introduced a refreshed cocktail selection in our First and Business Lounges.

  • The Jet Setter: vodka, elderflower, gingered apple, dill  
  • Orchard and Amaro: Amaro Montenegro, Aperol, chardonnay, orange, apple   
  • Peach and Lemon Myrtle Bellini: White peach, lemon myrtle, sparkling  
  • Plum on Sour: Plum Starward Nova, lemon, sugar, bitters, foam  
  • Ruby Spritz: Rhubi Mistelle, vermouth, soda, sparkling  
  • Exclusive to our Sydney and Melbourne First Lounges: The Continental: Four Pillars X Lune Croissanterie Gin, Four Pillars orange marmalade, Cointreau, citrus

Looking for an alcohol-free alternative?

Try the OzHarvest x Kadaku Kitchen Conscious Drink in our Sydney and Melbourne First Lounges, which joins our growing range of non-alcoholic beverages. Celebrating the beauty of natural rescued or foraged Australian fruits and botanicals, this blend features blueberry flavours, aromatic lemongrass and warm native pepper berry spices. 

Domestic

Our domestic lounges focus on barista made coffee, generous buffets, healthy options and a unique offering in each of the major ports. From the ‘Pizza Bar’ in Perth to 'The Oven’ in Brisbane and the ‘Spice Bar’ in Melbourne.

Ice cold beer and a selection of Australian and New Zealand wines commence from noon with a range of non-alcoholic options all day.

Our Quench station concept is also available in selected lounges, providing a range of hydrating drinks to support wellness while travelling.

International

Our international lounges feature a multi award winning cellar selection, seasonal menus and personalised service intended to create a relaxing oasis before your flight.

Designed by Neil Perry AM – Creative Director of Food, Beverage and Service, the menus are developed around seasonality and local artisan producers drawing from the rich cultural diversity of the globe while maintaining a few comforting favourites.

The Qantas Neil Perry Sommeliers are proud to present an exceptional selection of wine from boutique producers to iconic brands from across Australia, New Zealand and Champagne alongside seasonal cocktails and range of healthy non-alcoholic options including kombucha, and freshly squeezed juices.
