With attentive service, a multi-award winning wine cellar and a five star dining menu designed by Neil Perry AM, Creative Director, Food, Beverage and Service – experience a new level of dining excellence in First.
Commencing with Champagne, followed by a range of delicious dishes and an exceptional selection of wine, the First experience is tailored to your preferences. Menus are designed using quality ingredients from Artisan food and wine producers from around the globe. We also provide a selection of premium vegetarian meals.
New premium menus inspired by seasonal produce are available on select flights. Sit back and enjoy dishes inspired by your destination, such as coconut sticky rice pudding with mango, toasted coconut, and sesame, and house made artichoke fagottini pasta with tomato consommé, peas, scallop, and tarragon.
Our spirits selection now features a rotating selection of premium independent Australian gins, including Beachtree, Applewood, Brookie’s, and Australian Distilling Co. Additionally, enjoy a refreshed premium whisky selection, featuring Lark Classic Cask, Johnnie Walker Green Label, and Singleton 15-Year-Old.

New menus inspired by seasonal produce are available on select flights. Indulge in destination-inspired dishes such as prawn and kimchi dumplings with marinated cucumbers, and crudités with wattleseed and beetroot dip, featuring native Australian greens and Persian feta.
The Qantas Neil Perry Sommeliers are proud to present an exceptional selection of wine from boutique producers to iconic brands from across Australia and Champagne, France. Our spirits selection now also features Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin as the standard pour and H by Hine Cognac as a premium cognac offering.
The dining experience is delivered by our friendly cabin crew and enhanced by stylish tableware designed by David Caon.
