Busselton Margaret River Airport (BQB), formerly known as Busselton Regional Airport, is in the Busselton suburb of Yalyalup, 9km from the town centre. Busselton is a major regional centre in the South West of Western Australia, 220km south of Perth and at the edge of the Margaret River wine region.

It takes just 1.5 hours to drive the length of the Margaret River Region from Busselton in the north all the way to Augusta in the south. A variety of organised tours are available, catering to different interests and needs. As is typical in regional Western Australia, public transport is limited to main routes only, so it’s best to organise a car or a driver for the duration of your holiday. Various cruise ships visit Busselton, arriving at Geographe Bay. In town, walking and cycling are convenient ways to get around.
