Join BP Rewards and scan your digital card when you fill up or shop in-store. Earn up to 2 points per litre on fuel and 1 point per $1 spent in-store on eligible purchases. Plus, you can use your Qantas Points in-store by scanning your digital card and entering your Reward Code.

How do I get a digital wallet on my device so that I can add my Qantas Frequent Flyer card?

Most devices have a digital wallet app preloaded, depending on the device. For iPhones, the app is called ‘Wallet’ and on Android devices, the app is called ‘Google Pay’. If your device doesn't have the app, it can be downloaded from the app store. You can also find your digital membership card in the Qantas App.

Where can I use my digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card within my digital wallet?

You can scan your membership card to earn and use Qantas Points at participating BP service stations and when purchasing movie tickets and candy bar treats at HOYTS to earn points only. It may not be accepted at all locations and is not accepted at Qantas airport lounges.

What is a Reward Code?

Your Reward Code is a new 4-digit code that allows you to use your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card to redeem Qantas Points in-store. It's different to the PIN you use to access your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. Find out more about Reward Codes 

Will I be prompted to use Qantas Points on every transaction at bp?

If your points balance is greater than the minimum amount required for money off fuel at bp (1,900 points for $10 off) then you'll be prompted to use points when scanning your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card for an eligible transaction. You can manage your account preference if you wish to change this. Find out more about using points at bp

Why is my digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card no longer visible in my Apple Wallet?

Your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card may have been moved by Apple. To restore its visibility: 

  1. Open the Apple Wallet app on your phone.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select "Expired Passes."
  3. Locate your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card.
  4. Tap the 'Unhide' button.

Your card will now reappear on the main screen of your Wallet.

Qantas Frequent Flyer members must log in to generate their digital card. Once the digital wallet has been installed, the data contained on the card within the wallet (ie Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and its associated barcode) will be handled in accordance with the terms of service of Apple and Google, in accordance with the Qantas Privacy Policy, Your digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card within your digital wallet may not be accepted at all locations and is not accepted at Qantas airport lounges. As an alternative, you can show your physical Qantas Frequent Flyer card, or your digital card within the Qantas App
