Until 31 January 2023, Qantas Frequent Flyers can book any eligible flight using their travel credits and earn double Qantas Points. It’s our way of making sure you get the most out of using your travel credit in 2023. Conditions apply.

Here is how it works

Register below or via email by 31 January 2023. All passengers in your booking will need to register for this offer separately. Not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member? Join for free. Conditions apply.

Book an eligible flight with a ‘QF' flight number by 31 January 2023 using your travel credit. Fly between 13 December 2022 and 31 December 2023. Conditions apply.

Ensure the Qantas Frequent Flyer numbers of all passengers are included in your booking. Double Qantas Points will be awarded from eight weeks after travel.

When booking a flight using your travel credit, don’t forget to add your business’s ABN and the Qantas Frequent Flyer number to ensure your business earns points, on top of the points earned by the Frequent Flyer. Booked with a travel agent?

If the flight that was put into credit was booked by your travel agent, they’ll need to assist you with your travel credit. Register now and ensure your travel agent includes your Qantas Frequent Flyer number in your booking.

Once you have completed the registration process from this page, you will receive a confirmation email via the email address linked to your Qantas Frequent Flyer profile. If you registered via a targeted email, you would have received confirmation once you clicked ‘Register now’. You will not receive a confirmation email if you register via email. Both registrations via targeted email and via this page are valid.
A Qantas travel credit is provided when the value of a booking can be retained for future use. It includes Flight Credit and virtual cards powered by UATP - Qantas Pass, Qantas TravelPass and Qantas Credit. The type of credit provided is based on your unique situation. Different conditions will apply to your Qantas travel credit depending on when your original booking was made and why the travel credit was issued.
Eligible flights with a ‘QF’ flight number can be booked with a Qantas travel credit via the Qantas website, a travel agent or Qantas Contact Centres. If your original flight booking was made via a travel agent, you must contact the travel agent to use your Qantas travel credit. We have a dedicated phone number and Travel Credit Concierge team to assist our travel credit customers. Call us any time on 1300 171 505.

All passengers in each flight booking must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member or they can join free here. They must each register separately on this campaign page or via email by 11.59pm (AEDT) Tuesday 31 January 2023 to earn double Qantas Points. For example, if you were to book an eligible flight for yourself and a family member using Qantas travel credit, both yourself and the family member must be Qantas Frequent Flyer members, and each must register separately. Ensure each family member's Qantas Frequent Flyer number is also included in the booking.
We may make some changes to our schedule. If we’ve cancelled your eligible Qantas flight, we’ll rebook you on the next available flight to your booked destination (if possible), at no additional cost to you – there is no need to register again. Alternatively, you can choose a flight credit or a refund, however you will no longer be eligible for this offer unless you use that credit to rebook an eligible flight during the promotional period. If your flight changed to a flight outside of the promotional period (1 January 2024 onwards), please contact our dedicated Travel Credit Concierge team on 1300 171 505 to ensure you are credited double Qantas Points.
Flight Credits, Qantas Passes, Qantas TravelPasses and Qantas Credits are sent to the email address of the primary booking contact on the original booking. Yes, simply log in to your Qantas Business Rewards account and you will be able to view all Qantas travel credits, including those transferred to Qantas Pass, for your business. If you believe any are missing, contact our dedicated Travel Credit Concierge team on 1300 171 505 with your booking reference handy. Please note that any partial credits, or those that have been modified by our Contact Centre, may not show.
Yes. If your Qantas travel credit is a virtual card powered by UATP (Qantas Pass, Qantas TravelPass or Qantas Credit) you can access the travel credit via your Qantas Business Rewards account. If you have Flight Credit, the travel booker will need to contact our dedicated Travel Credit Concierge team on 1300 171 505 with your booking reference handy, fees and charges may apply.

You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and use Qantas Points. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.

To participate you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member holding a Qantas travel credit. Qantas Frequent Flyer members who register on the campaign page or via email and make an Eligible Flight booking between 12:01am (AEDT) Tuesday 13 December 2022 and 11.59pm (AEDT) 31 January 2023, for travel between 12.01am (AEDT) Tuesday 13 December 2022 and 11.59pm (AEDT) 31 December 2023 will earn double Qantas Points. To be eligible, part or full payment must be made with a Qantas travel credit (including Flight Credit, Qantas Pass, Qantas TravelPass and Qantas Credit). Booking fees may apply, the individual terms and conditions of the Qantas travel credit type still apply. All members in a booking must individually register and include their Qantas Frequent Flyer number in their booking to be eligible. Double Qantas Points will be earned on each eligible flight booked within the offer period. Double Qantas Points will be credited to eligible Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts from eight (8) weeks after travel. Qantas reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the promotion or promotion period at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms including but not limited to, cancelling or in any way modifying the offer or the offer period. Full or part travel of an itinerary is eligible only if you book (regardless of payment date) and travel within the promotional dates as listed above. If you cancel your initial qualifying booking or change it to be outside the promotional period, the double Qantas Points offer will not apply. An Eligible Flight for the purpose of this promotion means a flight with a ‘QF’ flight number on an Australian Domestic or International ticket where a Qantas travel credit was used for full or part payment and where Qantas Points are normally earned. Double Qantas Points are based on the Base Rate which applies, or the Minimum Points Guarantee if applicable. A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for the business. A one-off joining fee of $89.50 applies, is inclusive of any applicable GST and may be varied by Qantas from time to time, without notice, in its absolute discretion. Membership and Qantas Points for business are offered under the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions and earning thresholds apply.
