Zip qantas.com Terms and Conditions

Zip is available for bookings made online at qantas.com where you see the Zip logo. Earn 1 Qantas Point per A$3 spent on Eligible Purchases at qantas.com when you link your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and check out with your Zip Pay or Zip Money (“Zip account”) (“Offer”).

To be eligible to receive this Offer, you must:

  1. Be a valid Zip account holder;
  2. Be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member 
  3. Ensure that the personal information (including last name and Qantas Frequent Flyer account) on your Zip account matches the personal information on your Qantas Frequent Flyer account; and
  4. Link your Qantas Frequent Flyer number in the Zip app; and
  5. Check out with your Zip account when making an Eligible Purchase on qantas.com (“Eligible Activity”).

This Offer may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. 

“Eligible Purchase” includes domestic or international flights departing from Australia and expressly excludes round the world itineraries, flight vouchers or non-flight products and services or where carbon offset travel insurance is included in the booking. 

1.5% Qantas payment fee applies, capped at a maximum per passenger of A$22 for Australian domestic or A$120 for international itineraries. 

Qantas Points will be converted from the Australian Dollar value of your Eligible Purchase at the following ratio: AU$3 = 1 Qantas Point.  Only whole Qantas Points are credited and will be rounded down.

The Qantas Points will be applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 14 days of your successful completion of the Eligible Activity. Once the Qantas Points are transferred to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, Zip assumes no responsibility for the Qantas Points and will not be responsible for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the redemption of Qantas Points. 

This Offer is subject to your Zip account (used to participate in the Offer) remaining open and being kept in good standing until the Qantas Points are applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. Earned Qantas Points have no monetary value and cannot be converted back to credit or cash at any time. This Offer is not available in conjunction with other offers, packages, or promotions. No promo code is required to claim this Offer. 

Your participation in this Offer must be made in accordance with these terms and conditions, your Zip account terms and conditions, and the Qantas Frequent Flyer terms and conditions 

If at any time Zip reasonably believes you are engaging in this Offer through fraudulent, deceptive or dishonest actions or means, or you violate these, or your Zip account terms and conditions, we reserve the right to block the allocation of Qantas Points or cancel or block your participation in this Offer.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any non-excludable rights or remedies you have under law, including the Australian Consumer law. Zip reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms including (but not limited to) cancelling or in any way modifying this Offer or the Offer Period.

Zip Qantas Frequent Flyer 3,000 bonus Qantas Points Offer Terms and Conditions

From 1 August 2022, the Zip Qantas Frequent Flyer 3,000 bonus Qantas Points Offer is only available to new and approved Zip applicants who meet the following criteria: 

  1. Must successfully sign up via this link for a Zip Pay or Zip Money (“Zip account”) and download the Zip app;
  2. Link your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number in the Zip app;
  3. Ensure that the personal information (including last name and Qantas Frequent Flyer number) on your Zip account matches the personal information on your Qantas Frequent Flyer account; and
