Qantas Status Fast Track Frequently Asked Questions
How do I successfully complete the Qantas Status Fast Track?
You will need to be eligible for Qantas Status Fast Track and earn 100 eligible Status Credits in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account between 1 December 2021 and 28 February 2022 to have your Qantas Frequent Flyer status upgraded to Gold.
To participate in this Fast Track, eligible members simply need to fill in the online Expression of Interest form by 11.59pm (AEDT) 30 November 2021 to be considered. Once you’ve completed the Expression of Interest, we’ll be in touch via email within two business days to let you know next steps.
Members who have already been activated on the previous Qantas Status Fast Track offers (between 26 November 2020 and 30 April 2021) already have until 28 February 2022 to earn the required Status Credits and are not eligible to apply for this Status Fast Track.
What are Status Credits?
Status Credits determine the Qantas Frequent Flyer status and therefore, the benefits and privileges our members receive when flying Qantas and selected partner airlines. The Status Credits members earn depends on where they fly, as well as the airline and the fare purchased. The more flexible the fare and the more premium the cabin, the more they earn.
Visit earning Status Credits and the Earning Points and Status Credit calculator to find out more.
From time to time, there may also be opportunities to earn bonus Status Credits on the ground with our extensive range of non-flying coalition partners. Keep an eye out for these offers in the future, as these bonus Status Credits will also count towards the Qantas Status Fast Track.
