Our London Lounge is a sophisticated space, hewn from stone, brass and walnut, designed to embody the essence of London at twilight.

Spread over two levels, joined with a brass-gilded staircase, our London Lounge blends both English and Australian style. Available to Qantas First and Business customers; eligible Qantas Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirate's and oneworld® members and their guests. With flexible spaces to work and relax, choices of waiter table service in our dining room or at our upstairs buffet, you can watch the news, freshen up in a private shower suite or enjoy the pop-up Kids Zone. Plus, upon request, passengers can access private pods and VIP rooms.

Indulge in menus specially designed for healthier long haul travelling. Enjoy our Neil Perry inspired à la carte menu featuring quintessential British dishes. Or relax with a cocktail or glass of Australian wine from one of the two signature bars – the expansive Gin Bar, offering passengers the chance to sample unique and rare gins. Or there’s the cocktail bar with sweeping views over the Heathrow airfield. There is also a Quench hydration bar with a selection of fresh teas and juices. All day Barista service.

Partnering with Sofitel, the service is of the same high standards you expect. To ensure this is a tranquil space, boarding calls are not made in the lounge, rather dedicated First Hosts are on hand to anticipate your travel needs.
