Airside, Mezzanine Level 2

Our Auckland lounge is temporarily closed set to open in early 2026. During this time, eligible customers flying on a Qantas or Jetstar operated flight will be reaccommodated.

Platinum One and Platinum Qantas Frequent Flyers or those flying in Business will be reaccommodated in the Emirates Lounge.
Gold Qantas Frequent Flyers and Qantas Club members will be reaccommodated in the Strata Lounge.

If you're travelling or connecting onto a oneworld carrier, you'll be reaccommodated. Please refer to the operating carrier's website for details.

Lounge eligibility
