Check-in

Check-in counters and bag drop are located on the upper level, and close one hour before scheduled flight departure.

Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in opens from 24 hours to two hours before departure for international flights.

Arrivals

All customers arriving at JFK Airport need to collect their baggage and clear customs and immigration, regardless of their final destination.

Baggage

Baggage is available on the arrivals level and information monitors display carousel numbers.

Baggage services are handled by Hallmark, and the counter is located on the lower level.

Travel on the 'E' line to Manhattan - journey time from Jamaica Station is approximately one hour.
Travel on the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) to Manhattan - journey time is approximately 30 minutes from Jamaica Station.
