Qantas operates from 2 terminals in Melbourne.
T1 - Qantas domestic terminal
Qantas and QantasLink flights QF400 and above operate from this terminal.
T2 - International terminal

Ticketing
Counter is located next to Qantas check-in for your flight and can be found in the Departures area or Terminal 2 (Level 1).
International Airport ticketing is available from 3 hours prior to departure.
Check-in
Check-in is located in the T2 Departures area (Level 1).
International check-in is available 4 hours prior to departure and 3 hours prior to Trans-Tasman departures, and closes 1 hour before flight departure.
For Qantas International check-in location, check the monitors in the Departures area (Level 1) on arrival.
The First Class Check-In Suite is now open.
First passengers, Platinum Frequent Flyers and oneworld Emerald members can now take advantage of the kerbside check-in at Melbourne T2 International Airport. Operating hours are from 4.45am until the closure of check-in for the last Qantas operated international service.
Premium passengers (Business and Premium Economy), Gold and Silver Frequent Flyers, and oneworld Ruby members can utilise dedicated Premium Check-in counters located with Qantas International Check-in. Check the monitors in the Departures area (Level 1).
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures
