Redeeming a Flight Credit on qantas.com
A Flight Credit may be issued when the value of your booking can be retained for future use. Different conditions will apply to your Flight Credit depending on when your original booking was made and why the Flight Credit was issued.
How to use my Qantas Pass on qantas.com
Qantas Pass is a virtual account that stores the value of certain Flight Credits. If your Flight Credit has been converted to a Qantas Pass, the original booking contact will be emailed with the Qantas Pass number, expiry date and important information about its use. It can be used exclusively with Qantas for:
- Flight bookings made by the expiry date shown.
- Qantas travel products such as additional baggage and seat selection.
- Multiple bookings so you can use your Qantas Pass when it suits you.
- Any number of passengers, even those not on your original booking.
