Qantas flights QF1-QF399,  as well as oneworld carriers Cathay Pacific and Japan Airlines, operate from Terminal 3.

Qantas codeshare flights (operated by Jetstar) operates from Terminal 2.

Ticketing counter is located in departures on level 2, Island A.

Opens three hours prior to scheduled departure time. Contact the local Qantas Office for assistance.

Check-in is located on the Departures level. It opens three hours before scheduled departure time, and closes 1 hour before departure.

• Check-in for flights to Melbourne is located at Island A, counters from B14-26.
• Check-in for flights to Sydney is located at Island A, counters from B14-26.

Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in is open from 24 hours to two hours before departure for international flights. For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more details.

Customers are reminded that an Australian Government liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGS) restrictions apply. Additional checks are conducted at the gate lounge with all liquids and gels more than 100mls not allowed to be brought onboard including bottled water purchased in the terminal. Duty Free can be purchased and will be brought to the aircraft by Duty Free sales staff prior to departure (retain the receipt for collection of Duty Free goods).

Automated gates (eGates) for faster immigration processing are available to Indonesia nationals, and foreigners with an approved e-Visa On Arrival (eVOA).

Immigration have dedicated counters for customers aged 60 years and over, and for families travelling with young children and infants. These counters are located to the right in the arrivals hall.

Baggage carousels are located in the arrivals hall at ground level. 

Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.

Baggage services are handled by PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta. The counter is located in the arrivals hall after immigration.

A free shuttle bus operates between the domestic terminals (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3) every 30 minutes. The free Skytrain also transfers passengers between terminals (Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3) every five minutes. The Skybus train station is located on level 1.
