Auto Rewards

All Qantas Frequent Flyer members can sign up for Auto Rewards. In order to be eligible, members must have a valid Email Address and an Australian Mailing Address in their Qantas Frequent Flyer profile.

All eligible members will be issued the WISH eGift Card (Digital Gift Card).

1. Visit Auto Rewards 
   
2. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions
3. Click on the ‘Sign up to Auto Rewards’ button
4. Log in by entering your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number, Surname and PIN and clicking ‘Log in’
5. You'll be taken to a confirmation page and prompted to confirm your Email Address, once done click the ‘Confirm Sign Up’ button
6. A confirmation window will then display - from here you can then make sure your details are all correct by clicking on the ‘Your Profile’ link
7. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address
8. You must make sure your Email Address is up-to-date to ensure delivery of the Digital Gift Card
9. You must make sure you have an Australian Mailing Address in My Profile as Digital Gift Cards can only be used at participating retailers in Australia

4. Log in by entering your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number, Surname and PIN and clicking ‘Log in’
5. You will be taken to a ‘Manage Auto Rewards Page’
6. Underneath the ‘Auto Rewards subscription section’, click the ‘Unsubscribe from Auto Rewards’ button
7. You will be taken to an unsubscribe confirmation page and sent an unsubscribe confirmation email

A Digital Gift Card in this case is a WISH eGift Card, redeemable at a range of participating Woolworths Group Retailers in Australia. A list of participating stores and further details about the Woolworths Group Gift Card Terms and Conditions are available at the end of these frequently asked questions and at Woolworths gift cards.

All members that have signed up to Auto Rewards and have a valid Email Address will receive a  WISH eGift Card as long as they have the minimum number of points required. Make sure the Email Address in My Profile is valid so you can enjoy the convenience of a Digital Gift Card.

View and print your gift card or Auto Rewards history at any time by visiting Qantas Marketplace Auto Rewards, logging in and referring to the 'Auto Rewards History' table.

No - WISH eGift Cards received as a part of Auto Rewards can only be redeemed using Qantas Points. You'll need to have sufficient points available in your account at the Trigger Date in order to be eligible.

We'll try to deliver a Digital Gift Card within 10 days of the applicable Auto Reward Trigger Date.

If you don't receive your Digital Gift Card within 10 days, you need to contact the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre.

Please note you are responsible for ensuring that the Email Address and Australian Mailing Address recorded in My profile are correct and up to date. If you sign up to Auto Rewards, the Gift Cards that you qualify for will be sent to your valid Email Address.

You could receive a $5, $10, $15 or $20 (AUD) WISH eGift Card depending on your available points balance on each Trigger Date (1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November).

No - you'll only receive one Gift Card per quarter (up to a maximum value of $20).

Any unused Qantas Points will still remain in your account for future use. There are thousands of ways to use Qantas Points, from flights and upgrades to wine, hotels, products from the Rewards Store and more. Visit use points to find out more.

No - at each Trigger Date, Qantas Frequent Flyer will deduct a maximum of 3,000 points from your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership account for an eGift Card with a maximum value of $20. The remaining points stay in your account to be used for the next Auto Rewards quarter, or can be used towards other great rewards in the Qantas Frequent Flyer program, from flights and flight upgrades, to wine, hotels, products from the Rewards Store and more. You can also use points for a range of gift cards at higher denominations at Qantas Marketplace.

Auto Rewards Trigger Dates occur every three months on 1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November. Prior to each Trigger Date, you will be sent an email notification.

WISH eGift Cards can be used to purchase eligible goods from participating Woolworths Group stores. When making your purchase at a participating store, simply present your Digital Gift Card (you can print it or present it using your smartphone). When making your purchase online, enter the code on your Digital Gift Card at the checkout. Yes - however, eligible purchases made with WISH eGift Cards will only earn Qantas Points if you have linked your Everyday Rewards card with your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership; and you present your Woolworths Rewards card at check-out. Visit Everyday Rewards for full terms and conditions.

• You can use our online Forgotten your PIN service to obtain a new PIN.
• As long as you have a valid Email Address in My Profile we can send you a temporary PIN.
• If you've changed your email address or you don't have an email address, select 'Don't send to my email address'. You can then provide security information about your membership. Once validated, you can choose a new PIN.
• You can then use your new PIN to log in to the website.
• For your Qantas Frequent Flyer account security, we are unable to change or provide specific account information via email or in writing. If you are unable to use the online Forgotten your PIN service you will need to contact the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre.

A valid Email Address means the email address recorded at My profile which is complete, accurate, current, available to you and operational.

Your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number is located on your Qantas Card and listed on your monthly Qantas Frequent Flyer eNewsletter and most other email communications sent by Qantas Frequent Flyer. Otherwise, you will need to contact the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre for assistance.
