  • For a seamless travel experience, ensure you check in online before you arrive at the airport using the Qantas App or via My bookings from 24 hours before departure. Your digital boarding pass will show all relevant information, including your membership status.
  • For domestic flights, priority check-in is available at select airports. For international flights, check in at any Business counters where available, regardless of your class of travel.

Be boarded ahead of Silver and Bronze Frequent Flyers when travelling on a Qantas marketed (QF flight number) flight at select airports.

Classic Upgrade Reward requests

  • International: Enjoy higher priority than Silver and Bronze Frequent Flyers on international Classic Upgrade Reward requests. 
  • Domestic: Use points to request a last-minute upgrade to Business up to three hours (but not less than 25 minutes) before departure on selected Australian domestic Qantas flights and selected domestic legs of Qantas international flights.

Qantas Frequent Flyer Gold, Platinum and Platinum One members who have linked their Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL - Accor Live Limitless accounts are eligible to fast track from ALL Classic status to ALL Silver status after they complete their first eligible stay. Eligible stay is a stay made at a participating hotel for at least one overnight stay in a room, where the booking is made through an Accor Eligible Channel at an Eligible Rate. Eligible Accor channels include Accor distribution channels (websites, Accor booking office, hotels) and traditional travel agencies connected automatically to the Accor booking office. Stays booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency are not considered. Stays redeemed in full using Reward points do not count towards the criteria of the fast track. ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Qantas Frequent Flyer Gold members and above will earn 1 Reward point per A$2 spent on eligible Qantas flights. Points will be calculated based on eligible spend.
