London Heathrow Airport closure

Due to a significant power outage, London Heathrow Airport is currently closed until 11:59pm on Friday 21 March 2025 (local time). Customers are advised not to travel to the airport.

We will contact you directly if your flight has been impacted.

Flights to Bali

We are closely monitoring the volcanic ash cloud caused by Mount Lewotobi in Indonesia. There is no impact to Qantas flights at this stage and based on current forecasts, our afternoon flights are scheduled to operate as normal.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to keep customers updated.

Australia: Sydney International Airport: Boarding at Gates 24, 25 and 26

Due to terminal upgrades at Sydney International Airport (T1), access to Gates 24-26 may be restricted until boarding commences. Passengers should check the flight information display screens and only proceed to the gate when your flight number is displayed for boarding.
