We understand the size of your group can often change. If you've already paid a deposit, and your overall group size changes by less than 20%, we'll simply apply any excess deposit towards the final payment.

Work delegates not decided? Not sure who's in the team that round? Haven't drawn the incentive winners? Our late payment, naming and ticketing deadlines mean you can still book your travel without delay.

Travelling around Australia with sporting equipment can be challenging and expensive.  By utilising our pre-organised group check-in available at most of our domestic airports, we make the end to end check-in process easy and time efficient. We can also offer additional baggage allowances for eligible sporting groups; just include your baggage requirements and sporting team details within your quote request to obtain further information.

Stepping outside the classroom and providing young adults with an experience of a lifetime? Qantas Groups can offer flexibility with our terms and conditions providing you with sufficient time to coordinate and finalise the finer details for your school group.  

At Qantas, we appreciate the need for musicians to carry their instruments with them. Musicians, who are registered members of an eligible musical association, are able to travel with additional baggage allowances. Please include information on your musical instrument as well as the eligible musical association details within your quote request to obtain further information.

Qantas Group Travel can also offer assistance with groups travelling with reduced mobility and other specific needs. You may request any specific assistance required with your dedicated Group Travel Consultant. 

For larger groups or exclusivity, you may wish to charter an aircraft. This option provides added convenience plus the ability for your group to travel to otherwise difficult destinations. Ask about this alternative when making your enquiry.
