Unfortunately based on the current progress the pools are no available for guests until the end of February 2025.

We want to make your stay an enjoyable one and as a consideration for other guests, we have a no party policy. We appreciate your understanding in not causing any disturbances to other guests during your stay. Please note that only registered guests are allowed in the room past 10pm.

Credit card details will be required as a guarantee for any incidental charges incurred during stay. Property may accept a $200 cash deposit per night instead of a credit card as a guarantee for incidental charges. Please note that the property accepts credit card, cash or debit card for the final payment of the room. Kindly note that the pre-authorisations on the credit card might hold funds for up to 30 business working days (depending on the issuing bank). Guests are required to present photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Valet parking is available for $65 per night. Valet parking access is via The Star Grand Brisbane porte cochere, located at 33 William Street Brisbane 4000. ​

Please note height restrictions for entrances to the carpark vary from 2.1m to 2.3m and we will not be able to accommodate vehicles exceeding this. Please contact us for other options and check prior to your trip. ​

Self-Parking is available for $45.00 per night.

The Star Brisbane and Queen's Wharf will commence it's staged opening from August 2024. Visit www.star.com.au/brisbane/the-star-brisbane-opening for latest updates regarding opening dates for restaurants and the broader precinct.

Access to certain facilities and amenities such as pool, sauna, steam room & gym will not be available for stays prior to February 2025.

Bed types are request only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
