All bookings require the first night payment at the time of booking. Please note if the payment declines or the credit card information you have provided is incorrect your booking is not confirmed and will be cancelled. On check in a $100 pre-authorisation is required on either a debit or credit card. You must enter a pin number for this transaction with the physical card present. This does not have to be the same card you made your booking with. You are unable to use your pre-authorisation for incidentals as this is for security only. Please note pre-authorisations can take up to 31 days for your financial institution to release and the hotel is unable to release this any sooner. Alternatively, a $200 cash bond can be done on check in which is retuned to you on check out after your room has been checked by the manager on duty. You will need to provide photo identification on check in and only the person whose name is on the booking is able to check in.
