With over 50 apartments on offer across five precincts, you’ll find a loft, penthouse or apartment that is just right for your Hobart visit. Please note that as these are serviced apartments and not a hotel, our single, central reception office at 21 Hunter Street operates during office hours (8.30am to 5.30pm).
Choose to stay right in the heart of Salamanca, opt for a penthouse with sweeping views across the River Derwent or settle into the historic neighbourhood of Battery Point. Our apartments are located across five precincts including IXL and Hunter Street, Gibson’s Mill, Brooke Street, Salamanca and Wapping.
All apartments are easy walking distance to the city and waterfront precinct and feature the following amenities:

IXL Apartments are located at Evans St behind the Henry Jones Art Hotel.
Hunter St Apartments are located at 19 Hunter Street above the Drunken Admiral Restaurant.
Dockside Apartments are located on Salamanca Place and Kelly Street Battery Point above Ball & Chain Restaurant.
Admirals Penthouses are located on top of the Quest Waterfront building, Brooke Street.
As Sullivans Cove Apartments are waterfront, be aware that there is occasional noise from the docks or general hustle and bustle of the city's waterfront.
All guests must supply credit card details on check-in
If arriving outside office hours please ensure you have supplied a mobile number and made alternative arrangements for check in with the manager. Phone Sullivans Cove Apartments direct for more details.
Please note that the apartment car parks are all a short drive from the Sullivans Cove Apartment office so please leave luggage in your car whilst checking in. Directions to the apartment car park will be given when checking in at the office.
