Each villa is stunningly crafted from rammed earth, and appointed with a luxurious king-size bed, and a freestanding bath. A contemporary open plan design boasting double glazed full height windows throughout, Spotted Gum floors and a charming log wood fireplace gives guests a truly unique eco-luxe immersive stay.
Combining eco-luxury with a quintessential Kangaroo Island nature experience. Meticulous attention to the design of the rammed earth villas has made it possible to achieve the softest footprint when it comes to luxury off-grid living. Warmth in the winter, coolness in the summer is harnessed within the surrounds of the monolithic 300mm thick rammed earth walls, while the full height double glazed windows bring the outside in.
Each villa is comfortably equipped with all the modern, eco-friendly, appliances required for a luxurious self-contained stay on Kangaroo Island.
Powered by an off-grid solar energy system and utilising 100% pure Kangaroo Island rainwater, these solar-passive luxury villas are in every essence, a truly unique fusion of luxury and nature.

This eco friendly, luxurious Residence lends itself to the natural beauty which surrounds it. A fully sustainable solar power system effortlessly powers the modern home, while the purest of Kangaroo Island’s rain is captured and used for household needs.
The property boasts a stylish open plan living, dining and kitchen area, comfortably equipped with all the modern, eco-friendly, appliances required for a luxurious stay on Kangaroo Island. The tastefully furnished three bedrooms feature comfortable beds and lavish high thread count linen. The spacious Master Bedroom comes with King bed, spectacular views, ensuite bathroom and private access to the side deck, where you can enjoy the freestanding outdoor bath, with glorious bushland views!
The Queen and Twin Rooms also feature impressive views, and have access to the comfortable and fully equipped second bathroom. The elegant outdoor setting, located on the hardwood deck surrounding the home, offers guests the chance to dine in the company of native wildlife, in what would be a truly unique Island experience!

The Rise - Loft-style retreat

The Rise is a two-bedroom retreat that offers an authentic nature immersion for couples and small groups. Downstairs is open living and bathroom, and the feature spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms upstairs. Outside awaits a charming outdoor stone bath, under the canopy of the trees.
