Please kindly advise our reservation staff if you will be arriving outside of office hours which are 7AM - 9PM, 7 days a week. Late arrival process can be arranged.

Hotel check-in time is 2.00 PM and check-out 10.00 AM. For guests staying 5 nights or more a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service is included.

All Guests must be over 18 years of age to book accommodation with us or to check-in to a property. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older.

Cot is available on request at $20 per night, payable direct to the property

Bed types are request only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
