Set within a newly developed 40-storey tower, Oakwood Premier Melbourne houses 132 luxurious hotel rooms and 260 serviced apartments with fully-equipped kitchen. Take care of business at the meeting venues and co-working hub, break a sweat at the fitness centre, or unwind with a game of pool in the games room. Wine and dine at the lobby bar or simply take the evening tipple to new heights and soak in the spectacular views of the city at the latest destination Strato Melbourne.

Parking: Carepark has organised a special rate of $25 per vehicle, per 24 hours, exclusively for Oakwood Premier Melbourne guests (standard 24-hour rate is $32). This rate allows for a single exit only. To redeem the discounted rate, please take the paper ticket from the machine upon entering the car park and our friendly Front Desk team can arrange a voucher for payment when you exit. Carepark is conveniently located across the road from us on 11-31 Montague Street, South Melbourne (entry is from Munro Street). Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability on the day.

Parking is available at a discounted rate of $25 per vehicle, per 24 hours. Please note: This discount allows for 1 x entry/exit per day. Security Bond:
A security deposit of $100 per room will be required upon check-in. This deposit is to guarantee for incidental charges during the stay and is refundable.
