Our villas have been appointed with an incredible attention to detail to ensure that you feel instantly relaxed and indulged. Each villa is angled towards the neighbouring vineyard … a forever changing breath-taking view.
All Villas have an outdoor area. The Terrace and The Studio have outdoor baths and The Retreat and The Cottage have a mineral plunge pool. All villas have a kitchenette, dining area and spacious lounge.

The Studio

The Studio is the most moody and romantic of our villas with its dark stained timber interiors and plush linen soft furnishings. The French doors lead you to your own private Mediterranean garden overlooking the vines with an outdoor concrete bath ... the neighbouring sheep often come for a graze of the lush grass along the farm fence. The open plan is complete with a kitchenette, dining table, large sofa, king size bed and en-suite. No smoking, no pets, not suitable for children.

The Lodge

The Lodge is a stunning light filled and generous space split over two levels. You enter into the open plan dining space where vaulted ceilings lead you to the ceiling to floor sliding doors opening up onto your private expansive deck complete with a concrete outdoor bath and uninterrupted views over the vines. The upper level offers an open plan lounge, king size bed and very spacious en-suite together with views over the vineyard.
This villa also offers a kitchenette with a large outdoor dining table on the deck, open plan lounge, king size bed and spacious en-suite. No smoking, no pets, not suitable for children.

The Retreat

The Retreat is a unique villa spread over two levels with ceiling to floor windows showcasing the spectacular vineyard views. The lower entrance level boasts an open fireplace, spacious open plan living, dining and kitchenette, ceiling to floor sliding doors opening to your private deck and mineral plunge pool. Upstairs you will find a study alcove and the expansive King bedroom suite and modern ensuite. The elevated view makes you feel like you are in a treehouse overlooking the vines.

The Cottage

The Cottage is a spacious villa with a King bedroom and expansive bathroom showcasing a large freestanding bath. It is complete with a kitchenette, large farmhouse dining table, modular sofa and open fire place. The king bedroom, open plan living and dining area all have direct access to an expansive private deck overlooking the vines, complete with a heated mineral plunge pool.

Check in is by way of accessing a secure key locker to collect your room key. Access details will be provided 1 hour prior to the regular check in time on 3pm.

COVID Policy
Please note that if your booking needs to be changed due to “a lockdown” or other COVID related reason we will endeavour to reschedule your booking or issue a credit.

LOST KEYS
A charge of $300 will be taken from your credit card for keys that have been lost. This is to cover the expense of changing the locks. A charge of $100 will be taken from your security bond when keys are locked in your property and a call out is required.

DAMAGE AND YOUR SECURITY CREDIT CARD
Guests are responsible for all damages to the premises and/or loss or damage to any items in the premises. Please notify us immediately should any breakages, damage, or loss occur during your stay. Management reserves the right to withhold the cost/s of repairs or replacements from your nominated credit card. Receipts and photographic evidence (where applicable) will be provided of any damages that require payment by you. Whilst all care will be taken, management accepts no responsibility for personal property left on the premises. Items removed from the property will be charged to your nominated credit card, for example: robes, slippers, pool towels, Leif products.

USE OF ACCOMMODATION
No accommodation may be used for functions, parties or events and all bookings are for personal use only and are non-transferrable.
Guests shall conduct and use the accommodation in a proper, orderly and lawful manner and shall not permit any act, matter or thing which may injure the reputation of Cassis Red Hill or cause loss or damage to any person or property and may not disrupt the quiet use and enjoyment of other guests.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the accommodation if an incident occurs or you are in any breach of these terms or any law. Your booking will be cancelled, and your accommodation tariff will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to remove a person/s without liability if behaviour is not considered appropriate.
The neighbours are not to be disturbed during your tenancy. Please be aware that you are in a residential area and loud noise (including swearing and screaming) is not tolerated at any time of the day.
No use of outdoor areas between 11.00 pm and 7.00 am as per Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stays terms and conditions. The Mornington Peninsula Shire recently enacted laws targeted at short term accommodation. Bed types are request only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
