Located opposite the Noosa River, The Noosa Apartments offer self-contained accommodation with a private balcony or patio. Guests have access to an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sunny rooftop terrace and BBQ facilities.
The Noosa Apartments are just 7 minutes’ walk from Noosa Main Beach, and 15 minutes’ drive from Noosa National Park. Sunshine Coast Airport is a 35-minute drive away.
The air-conditioned apartments have laundry facilities and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven. Each apartment has 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room with flat-screen cable TV and a DVD player.
The tour desk can book fishing charters and day trips to Fraser Island. Free parking is available on site.

Maximum rooming configuration for all apartments are as follows:

" 2 Bedrooms = 4 persons
" 3 Bedrooms = 6 persons

Cots are accepted in addition to the maximum number of persons above. Maximum 2 cots per apartment.

Identification:
Adequate identification is required at time of check-in to verify your identity. A current drivers licence, passport or other form of photo identification (ID) will be asked for prior to check-in. We require all credit card usage to be accompanied by this ID.

If you do not agree with this policy, then you must arrange an alternative payment process, ensuring that any EFT money transfer is completed 5-days prior to your arrival and that you have adequate cash on arrival to cover the security bond / deposit. We do not accept personal or company cheques, money orders or foreign currency on arrival.

Security Bond:
A credit card will be asked for at time of check in and will be used to cover incidental items such as:
Telephone charges
Any breakages or damage incurred during your stay.
Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning

Additional servicing charges:
In the event that the guest cannot provide a credit card as a guarantee, a cash security deposit will be required along with photo identification. This bond will then be returned on departure by cheque once the apartment has been checked by our staff.

Cancellations:
In the event of cancellation more than 14 days before your stay, the deposit is refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. Within 14 days of arrival your deposit is non refundable. No Shows - full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked & paid.

Maps and photographs are shown for general information only and highlight places in surrounding areas. Property photographs are representative only, actual apartments occupied may vary in decor and inclusions from those shown.

Travel Insurance:
We recommend that, at time of booking, you consider purchasing a travel insurance policy of your choice. Travel Insurance can be purchased from any travel agent.
Unaccompanied minor/s: A child/children who is/are traveling/staying without the accompaniment of an adult over the age of 18 years is considered by most airlines/hotels as an unaccompanied minor/s. Unaccompanied minor reservations are not accepted.

Limit of liability:
We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however Noosa Apartments does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

Cleaning Fee: a $210 cleaning and linen fee to the two bedroom apartments and a $270 cleaning and linen fee to the 3 bedroom apartments.


Bed types are request only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
