Inclusions
Free Rental Car
A free 4-door automatic full size rental car is provided upon check in; Insurance of $49 per day is payable upon check in. The rental car is optional but is allocated to every booking automatically and does not need to be pre-booked. For bookings with more than 4 pax, a free automatic 8-seater minivan is available upon request with insurance at $59 per day. For large groups, guests can choose a combination of cars and minivans. The fee from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 of $49 per day (sedan) or $59 per day (minivan) covers insurance.
From 1 April 2025, $59 per day (sedan) or $79 per day (minivan) covers insurance.
Return airport transfers and half day tour will be $30 per person payable upon check in. This transfer and tour will be operated by Pinetree Tours. IMPORTANT: Please advise if you would like the return airport transfers and half day tour.
The free half-day tour is an introductory 2.5-hour island orientation tour of Norfolk Island. It is scheduled at 8.30am on the day after arrival with convenient pickup from Cumberland Resort and Spa’s own sheltered bus stop. Informative local guides take guests on an island wide route covering the main points of interest. The guides will commentate on the early island history as well as the current day environment. Refreshments are provided. This tour is valued at $30 per person.

Airport transfers and guided half day tour will be charged a fee of $30 per person. Guests need to pre-arrange this with the property. If pre-arranged with the property, please look out for the Pinetree Tours bus at the airport. The guided half day tour will commence at 8.30am on the day after arrival.

If a guest tests positive for Covid-19 during their stay, a Covid Deep Cleaning Fee per villa, equivalent to the Cumberland website rate for one night for the same room type, shall be payable by the guest as specialised cleaning and a vacancy period is required. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.

Bed types are request only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
