Landmark Resort is located directly opposite Mooloolaba's beautiful beachfront and is comprised of 132 apartments and suites with hinterland, pool, river or ocean views. All apartments and suites are self-contained, with air conditioning and modern fittings. Some rooms feature a spa bath. Resort facilities include a gymnasium, outdoor spa, sauna, rooftop spa, barbecue entertaining area, games room, day spa and complimentary secure car parking.
Mooloolaba's relaxed family atmosphere has long been a popular holiday destination for Queenslanders and it is now emerging as the 'must visit' destination for the rest of Australia.
Landmark Resort is situated on the beachfront amongst Mooloolaba's finest restaurants, cafes and exclusive boutiques. Step across the road to the magnificent year-round patrolled beach, which has won multiple awards for being Queensland's cleanest and friendliest. Waiting for you around the corner is Underwater World, which provides a thrilling entree to the world below the sea. The daily seal shows, along with the otter displays and the wondrous underwater tunnel, provide a fun day's entertainment for the whole family. Adjoining Underwater world is The Wharf where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and live entertainment, or just simply relax on the deck with a drink and watch the world go by. Mooloolaba is only a short drive to Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo and the superb Sunshine Coast hinterland.
Landmark Resort is an hour's drive north of the Brisbane Airport, or a 20 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport.
Your check in at the Landmark Resort is made stress free by our friendly staff, whose priority is to ensure you a quick and easy transition to your modern, air-conditioned apartment.
Guests will be required to provide an authorisation of a valid credit card to cover incidental charges on arrival, for all rooms.

Landmark Resort Mooloolaba is a family resort and as such has a “No Party Policy”.

Guests under the age of 18 years are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.

Low/Mid Season: If booking is cancelled or modified up to 7 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in.

Please note that a credit card authorisation or cash bond of AUD 300.00 will be required upon check-in to cover incidentals.

Please note that all rooms are serviced weekly. Daily service is available on request for an additional charge.

Cot hire is FOC. Please be sure to notify our staff of your cot requirements at the time of making your booking. We arrange the cots through an external hire company so if you need to change your requirements please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival.

Bed types are request only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
