This Golden Beach resort is centrally located to all the Sunshine Coast’s famous attractions. Boating, fishing and swimming in Pumicestone Passage are at the resort’s doorstep, and many of the Sunshine Coast beaches are patrolled.

A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A security deposit (per stay) in the amount of AUD $100 in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

The resort accepts Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, and cash. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.

Payments made by credit cards for bookings will incur a credit card service fee of 0.9% in addition to the amount payable.

Pets are not permitted.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Notification About Resort Improvements: Mid-February to Mid-October 2023

We would like to inform you about two projects over the coming months:

1. Contractors will be on-site during a period of about 20 weeks, starting from mid-February 2023, to make some repairs to the “podium” level – the ground level outside, specifically in the vicinity of the tennis court. The court will be closed and access to the area may be restricted. The walkway from the overflow car park at the rear of the resort to reception may be restricted or closed completely. To make things easier, we would recommend you unload your bags at the reception driveway if you are thinking of parking in the overflow carpark. The carpark capacity will also be reduced and up to four spaces may be unavailable in the basement carpark. Our onsite team will keep you informed.

2. From late May until mid-October a number of rooms within the hotel are being renovated. Please expect construction noise during this period. Noisy works will not occur before 8:30am and we aim to have most of it happen on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Due to its location, we anticipate the noise will have a minimal impact on your stay.

Nevertheless, we have made and will continue to make every effort to ensure this important work can go ahead while causing minimal impact on your holiday.

Temporary Underground Car Park Closure at Ramada Golden Beach
Due to works being carried out in the car park from Monday the 20th of March for a period of 16 days. The car park is scheduled to re-open on Wednesday, April 5th.
The resort has an overflow car park at the rear which is available to guests. There is also the adjacent council car park which has unrestricted parking. In addition, there is a lot of unrestricted street parking around the resort. We have maps available at the hotel to assist.
We are recommending that you come to the hotel driveway and the team at the hotel will help you unload your vehicle. Then will then direct you towards the various parking options around the resort.
We sincerely apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
