Buffet breakfast is served daily in Lady Fairfax Room. The Fax Bar is the perfect meeting place in the heart of the city. Award winning Bentley Restaurant + Bar, is open for Dinner Monday to Saturday (Closed Sunday and Public Holidays, additional closure dates may apply).
