Refund Conditions
If you cancel your booking before or after arrival, either wholly or partially, then any monies paid may be retained SUBJECT TO RE-LETTING the apartment for the original tariff. Re-letting will be at the manager's discretion and any shortfall from the original tariff, plus any additional cleaning fees, may be deducted from the monies paid.
