Winding roads lined with trees lead to The Guest Room Mt. Martha. Whether exploring what the Mornington Peninsula has to offer or attending a function in the area, you may relax and refresh in our cosy B & B knowing it will be entirely yours. There are many attractions to exhaust even on a dull day.Your bedroom comprises a queen sized bed, 1000 Tc linen, fluffy towels, large wardrobe, LCDTV / DVD, French doors lead to garden. Opposite the bedroom, your private, compact Bathroom with separate toilet and walk in shower awaits. Both rooms open to a cheery space with pool table that may challenge your snooker skills. Two petite club style sofa's, semi self-contained kitchenette with Caesar stone bench tops, large screen LCDTV / DVD, bar fridge, MW, toaster, sandwich press, gas barbeque, IPod dock and radio, WI-FI, heating and air con, with cute breakfasting spot complete a happy place to be. Two sets of French doors from one side open to a sculptured, grassy courtyard, from another side, a triple sliding door allows access to a another sitting area which abuts our vegie garden and leads to our beloved chooks. A generous decking encompasses two sides of these rooms.Our B & B is positioned at the rear of our home and is sectioned off from the main house to maintain your privacy with its own entrance. Once inside our front gate, you will wander through the garden and down a few steps to your private retreat. Our beautiful area provides pleasant strolls and for the more energetic, the local Tennis Club has a mod grass court available for hire. The Mt. Martha Golf Club with its breathtaking views is a 2 minute drive if you wish to take in a round or two.As you awaken to the sound of birds warbling, your day begins with one of two breakfast options provided for your first morning only and included in tariff.
Please advise at time of booking either option 1/ In-room gourmet continental breakfast provisions, or if preferred, option 2/ Breakfast vouchers to dine out at a local cafe for a fully cooked breakfast.
Sorry cots are not provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

We have a happy Boxer who will be invisible during your stay and you may catch a glimpse of our shy "puss" from a distance.
Please respect the atmosphere of our B & B by observing quiet time after 11pm. Our B & B business is built on trust...we trust guests to treat our home with care...we trust guests to inform us if they have damaged anything.
Our B & B provides semi self-contained kitchen, MW, toaster, sandwich maker, Bar fridge, Ipod dock/radio, TV/DVD, selection of teas & plunger coffee, Iron/ironing board, clothes horse, hairdryer,Pool table, gas barbeque, DVD's, CD's, books, magazines, board games, Free WiFi, and an attention to detail.
We do not supply cots, welcome to BYO.
We are more than happy to make bookings for restaurants/attractions on your behalf and assist with local knowledge and recommendations. If we don't know, we will find out for you.
Check in time is 2pm onwards, check-out is 10.30am.

Getting There:
Train from Melbourne - Catch a train from Flinders Street Station to Frankston Station, from Frankston Station catch the 781 bus to Mt. Martha Village Shops where arrangements can be made with Host to pick you up if required as B&B is only a 2 minute drive from Village shopping precinct.
Travelling by car from Melbourne CBD:
– From Exhibition Street enter Batman Ave take ramp onto the M1
- Follow the Freeway/Tollway (Citylink/Eastlink) through the south eastern suburbs from Melbourne to Frankston
- From Frankston take either Moorooduc Road or Nepean Highway
- From either of these routes you travel approximately 20 minutes by-passing Mt. Eliza and Mornington
- Turn right onto Craigie road and turn left onto The Esplanade (at T intersection)
- Drive past the village shops in Mount Martha (heading south for approx 2 km's) and turn left onto Marguerita Ave
- Wind your way along Marguerita Ave to Panorama Drive and turn left (small roundabout) and The Guest Room B & B will be located approx 500 mts on the left hand side of road...number 77. Park off road on our small circular driveway. Enter through the gate and you will be met by your host.
