1. When you arrive at the hotel, there will be a sign on the FRONT door directing you to our 24
Hour Intercom (SILVER BOX) on the corner of the driveway.
2. PRESS the button to speak to the operator and confirm your name. The operator will tell you
the number of your apartment and also enable you to PULL OPEN THE FRONT DOOR.
3. Walk through reception and take the LIFT to your apartment, which will be UNLOCKED and
prepared for your arrival (keys will be inside your room)
4. The apartment key is also the key to enable you to come and go from the hotel after hours. The WIFI is located on a card on-top of your bathroom towels.
