We are located in The Chevron Renaissance shopping centre in Surfers Paradise, directly above Infinity - about a 10 minute drive away from the resort. Check in time is from 2pm, early check in is subect to availability and can be confirmed upon arrival.

Check in after this time is via a safe outside our reception, this must be arranged 24hrs prior to arrival.
A security deposit of AUD 300/500 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is a hold placed on your credit card, that is released upon check-out.
