Our Reception hours are 7:30am - 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday. Sundays and public holidays 9am to 5pm
Key safe box available for afterhours check-in. Please contact the hotel to request an individual code to be used on our key safe box. An inhouse night manager is also available to assist by simply calling the hotel number 03 9591 5000.
If no arrival time is specified, 5pm of that day will be deemed the arrival time. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card details provided for confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit.
