Cancellations need to be made by 14:00 24 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise a you will incur a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation.
Quest on William is a non-smoking property. Car parking is on a request only basis - you can contact us using the number on your confirmation email.
You will be required to provided photo ID and your credit card for a pre-authorisation upon arrival to cover any incidentals. If you have a debit card, or do not have a credit card, you will be required to be provided a $300 RETURNABLE / CASH BOND at check-in.

Deposit payment terms will only be permitted for bookings with a free cancellation option, within Australia.
