We’ve added to our list of aviation firsts with non-stop flights from London Heathrow to Perth using the Qantas Dreamliner. 

The 14,498km service is the first regular passenger service to directly link the UK to Australia. One year on from the launch of our non-stop flight from London Heathrow to Perth, we look back on some interesting facts from the past year. 

The flight

QF10 departs London Heathrow at 13:15, arriving into Perth at 13:00 the next day. The Qantas Dreamliner will then fly on to Melbourne Our new route gives you the choice of exploring Perth, continuing onto Melbourne, or connecting to one of eleven other destinations from Perth with a same-day connection*.

Want to stay and play in Perth, then fly onto somewhere else in Australia? See it all with a multi-city booking And when it's time to head back to the UK, QF9 will depart Perth at 18:45 arriving into London Heathrow at 05:05 the next day.

Travelling to Melbourne? Fly non-stop to Perth and hop off at no extra cost~, before continuing on to Melbourne. Just book your flights as a multi-city itinerary from Dublin or Cork to Perth, and from Perth to Melbourne, or vice versa, using QF10/9. 
It’s the perfect way to see both sides of Australia in the same trip.

~When travelling London Heathrow to Melbourne on QF10 and QF9, one free stopover is permitted in Perth in each direction. Onward travel to and from Melbourne must be on QF10/QF09.
