Qantas flights QF1 to QF399 are international services.

Check-in is located on the ground floor.

Check-in for international flights is from 3 hours before departure, until 1 hour before flight departure. For international departures, check in at least 2 hours before departure. Have your passport and airline tickets ready. Remember to ensure all sharp objects have been placed in your suitcase. Sharp objects are not permitted within hand luggage and will be confiscated by Aviation Security at the Security checkpoint.

For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworldOpens in a new tab or window, partner and codeshare airlines.

Online check-in is open from 24 hours to two hours before departure for international flights.
