Enjoy a new seasonal inflight dining offering when travelling internationally in First and Business, such as pannacotta for dessert in First and braised Magra lamb for dinner in Business. Menu highlights include:
First
- Australian tasting plate of saltbush crusted goats cheese, lamb prosciutto, dukkah olives, piccalilli and bush tomato relish served with pepperleaf and parmesan lavosh.
- Seared Glacier 51 toothfish with sugar snaps, snow peas and lemon served with Cobram Estate Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil.
- Coratina extra virgin olive oil pannacotta with toasted almond praline.
Business
- Vegetable rendang with fragrant rice, cashews and spicy pickles.
- Roast chicken thigh cutlet with charred broccolini, feta, olive and almond dressing.
- Braised Margra lamb shoulder with rosemary potatoes, honey glazed carrots and crushed minted peas.
Fancy an ice-cold beer or an Aviation Spritz?
Choose from a refreshed selection of beverages, including Coopers Pale Ale from Adelaide, James Boags Lager from Launceston and Stone & Wood Pacific Ale from Byron Bay, to name a few.
Rolling out from December 2024, our expanded cocktail selection will include a Bloody Mary mixture developed exclusively for you and the new Qantas Aviation Spritz created by Curatif using Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin and Regal Rogue Daring Dry. A take on the classic cocktail, the Qantas Aviation Spritz will be served across International Economy and Premium Economy cabins.
New Australian domestic menus
We've added nearly 70 new items to our Australian domestic menu. From triple choc brownie cookies to smoked salmon bagels or focaccia with beef chorizo, pesto bell peppers, and Meredith dairy goat cheese, enjoy more variety when flying in Economy and Business.

Dietary required meals
If you're travelling on a Qantas operated flight, you can request a meal for your child or dietary needs. You'll need to request your meal at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure, or at least 36 hours before departure for a Kosher meal.
Dining in our lounges
If you're an eligible customer, start your culinary experience before boarding with a visit to one of our many Lounges. Look forward to savouring a range of delicious new dishes, with premium, seasonal produce, as part of our multi-million-dollar investment delivering the best possible Lounge dining experience.
