Singapore (Changi) airport
Singapore's Changi Airport (SIN) is one of the largest transportation hubs in Southeast Asia, located 20km (12.5 miles) from the city centre.
Flights
There are four terminals at Changi Airport and Qantas flights QF1 to QF399 operate from Terminal 1.
Jetstar Asia operates from Terminal 4.
Ticketing

Online check-in
Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-QF199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes two hours before international flight departures.
Early check-in
Want to explore the Jewel before you depart Singapore? Early check-in facilities are available for same day departures at the Jewel Lounge on level 1 from 8am until 3 hours before departure.
Airport check-in
Check-in is located on the departures level, Terminal 1.
Check-in counters or self-service kiosks for all customers are located at row 8. It opens 4 hours before scheduled flight departure and closes 1 hour before each flight departure.
If you're travelling on a Qantas codeshare flight, you may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
At the boarding gate
Customers are reminded that an Australian Government liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGS) restrictions apply. Additional checks are conducted at the gate lounge with all liquids and gels over 100 mls not allowed to be brought onboard including bottled water purchased in the terminal. Duty Free can be purchased and will be brought to the departure gate by Duty Free Sales staff. Note: you'll need your receipt for the collection of any Duty Free goods.

Immigration
Immigration have dedicated counters for customers over 60 years of age and for families travelling with young children and infants. These counters are located to the right in the arrivals hall.
Baggage
Baggage carousels are located in the arrivals hall on level 1.
Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.
Baggage services in handled by Singapore Airport Terminal Services Lost and Found. The counter is located in the arrivals hall.

Between terminals
The complimentary Skytrain operates between Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, it can be boarded near Gate D40, or from the departures level near check-in row 14.
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3, it can be boarded near Gate C1, or from the departures level near check-in row 1.
A complimentary shuttle bus service operates between Terminal 2 and Terminal 4. The shuttle bus pick-up point at Terminal 2 is located at door 1 in the arrival hall. The drop-off point at Terminal 4 is at the departure hall between Door 3 and 4.
If you're transferring from Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 to Terminal 4, take the Skytrain to Terminal 2, and then catch the shuttle bus to Terminal 4.

| Buses | The Airport Shuttle operates a city/hotel transfer service regularly from 6am to just before midnight. The Airport Shuttle Service Counter is located in the arrivals hall. Fares start from S$9 per adult and S$6 per child one way. |
| Train | The MRT operates to the city centre from Terminals 2 and 3. Services operate from 6am to midnight and depart regularly. |
