The collection
Featuring six designs, the Qantas Centenary collection honours some of the most iconic moments from our history. We're celebrating the past while looking forward to a bright future as we continue to evolve as an airline, and champion the Spirit of Australia.
These amenity kits were progressively rolled out in International Business on selected flights from late 2021 until late 2023.
The stylish pilot uniforms
Influenced by the smart, black pilot uniforms of the 1960s.
This is a stylish and classic kit featuring a debossed logo in gold which depicts the wings of the time.
The fresh cabin interior
Inpired by the fresh colour palette of our 1960s cabin, the seat and blue headrest cover have been reimagined in a contemporary way.
A silver badge representing the crew wings of the time is debossed in silver foil.
The retro roo
This design is inspired by the vibrant colours of the 1970s and the colours of Australia.
Debossed with the iconic “Roo” logo used at the time, it features a vibrant green that instantly transmits the boldness of the era.
The aircraft livery
In the 1980s we introduced our new livery, and this design draws from those livery colours and their diagonal block placement.
The front of the pouch features a deboss of the “Roo” of the 80s.
The lounges
Drawing on the design of our lounges, the 2000s kit harks back to the earthy tones popular at the time.
The debossed logo has been taken from the crew badge of the era.
The Martin Grant uniform
The bag was inspired by the chic and minimalist design of our Martin Grant uniform.
It featured an asymmetric pattern similar to the old triangle logo and the iconic “Roo” logo as it is known today.

Our most sustainable kits yet
These were our most sustainable kits at the time, and they also represent our future, and our commitment to reducing waste at every opportunity. As part of this commitment, we made some changes and incorporated a number of sustainable initiatives in this kit. We have:
- Removed the plastic toothbrush in favour of a bamboo brush.
- Packaged the skincare, dental kit and ear plugs in fully compostable, FSC certified paper.
- Used 40% recycled plastic for our skin care tubes.
- Used entirely recycled plastic for our washroom and lounge bottles.
Maintaining this commitment, even in the elements not visible to you, we have also invested in inner carton polybags made with enhanced biodegradation properties.
