Points Plus Pay

You can use Points Plus Pay when booking on Qantas or JetstarOpens in a new tab or window. To book, simply search and select your flights, follow steps to proceed to payment, then use the Points Plus Pay slider to select your points amount on the payments page.

You can only use Points Plus Pay for the taxes, fees, and carrier charges associated with your Flight Reward(s) – simply use the Points Plus Pay slider when completing your booking. 

You can use points to request a Classic Upgrade Reward on eligible bookings on Qantas domestic and international routes, subject to terms and conditions.

Changes to tickets purchased using Points Plus Pay are subject to the applicable ticket fare rules at the time of booking. Any additional fare or tax collection that may arise during ticket changes are payable in money, points cannot be used as a form of payment.

Cancellations to tickets purchased using Points Plus Pay are subject to the underlying fare rules and Qantas Frequent Flyer terms and conditions with refunds processed to the original form of payment. Where enough money is not available to cover any applicable cancellation fees, a proportion of the fee is taken from both the money and points element of the original form of payment.

Tickets purchased using Points Plus Pay that are put into Flight Credit are subject to the underlying fare rules and will result in the commercial ticket value being placed into credit for any unused travel.
