Auckland Airport International Terminal, Airside, Level 2

Our Auckland lounge is temporarily closed as we begin construction on an exciting new lounge experience, set to open early 2026. During this time, Qantas customers flying First and Business, as well as Platinum One and Platinum Qantas Frequent Flyers will be reaccommodated in the Emirates Lounge. Gold Qantas Frequent Flyers and Qantas Club members will be reaccommodated in the Strata Lounge.

Lounge eligibility

Find out if you're eligible to access the lounge. If you're not eligible we've got you covered, simply purchase a Qantas Club membership and you can start accessing Qantas Lounges around the world.
