Double Status Credits offer extended

What has changed in this offer?
The promotional dates in this offer have changed so members now have until 11.59pm (AEDT) 26 February to register and book any eligible Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number and earn double Status Credits. There have been no changes to the travel period or any other terms within the offer.

I registered before the offer was extended and I booked a flight, can I book another?
You can book an unlimited number of eligible flights during the promotional period, including the extension. You do not need to register a second time.

I hadn’t registered prior to the offer extension and I want to book a flight today – am I eligible for Double Status Credits?
Members now have until 11.59pm (AEDT) 26 February to register and book any eligible Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number and earn double Status Credits. Bookings must still fall between 20-26 February 2020 for travel between 28 February 2020 and 14 February 2021 on any Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number*.

What flights are eligible for this offer?
Domestic and International Qantas operated flights with a ‘QF’ flight number in all cabinsΩ.

When will I receive my bonus Status Credits?
Bonus Status Credits may take up to six weeks after completion of travel to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

What do Status Credits count towards?
Status Credits count towards retaining your current membership tier or reaching the next membership tier. To attain or retain your status the required number of Status Credits must be earned and in your Frequent Flyer account by the end of your current membership year. However, bonus Status Credits earned from this offer do not count towards Loyalty Bonus, Platinum Bonus Reward, Platinum One Bonus Reward and Status Accelerator/ Challenge earn requirements.

What do bonus Status Credits count towards?
Bonus Status Credits earned from this offer also count towards retaining or attaining your membership tier however bonus Status Credits earned from this offer do not count towards Loyalty Bonus, Platinum Bonus Reward, Platinum One Bonus Reward and Status Accelerator/Challenge earn requirements.

How many bookings can I make?
There is no limit to the number of eligible flight bookings that can be made during the promotional period.

Will I earn bonus Status Credit if use ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ to make my booking?
If you book your eligible flight during the promotion period, you will earn the bonus Status Credits regardless of payment date. You will not earn Status Credits if you do not complete your payment on the advised payment due date. If you book your eligible flight outside the promotion period and pay for your booking within the promotion period, your booking will not be eligible to earn the bonus Status Credits.

If I receive another bonus offer will both offers count for my booking?
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one bonus Status Credits offer can be applied to an eligible flight segment. If you qualify for multiple bonus offers, the offer first registered for will be applied to each individual eligible segment.

What happens if I cancel or change my eligible booking?
Full or part travel of an itinerary is eligible only if you book (regardless of payment date) and travel within the promotional dates. If you cancel your initial qualifying booking or change it to be outside of the eligible travel period, this bonus offer will not apply.

Are Qantas Flight vouchers eligible for this offer?
Flight Vouchers purchased and redeemed for an eligible flight booking made during the promotion will earn double Status Credits. Flight Vouchers purchased but not redeemed for an eligible flight booking (for flights that are not booked or travelled within the booking or travel period dates), will not earn double Status Credits.

How do I book?
Flights can be booked via the Qantas website, a travel agent or Qantas Contact Centres. Fees and charges may apply.

You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem Qantas Points and Status Credits. A joining fee may apply. Membership, Points and Status Credits are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.

In accordance with Commonwealth policy, this offer is not available to you if you are travelling for Commonwealth purposes.
