Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) is located 30km (19 miles) east of the city on New Bangkok-Chonburi Highway.

Qantas flights QF1-399 along with all oneworld flights operate from this terminal.

Departures

Ticketing

There is a service desk available at check-in, located at Level 4 Island N, where limited ticketing facilities are available.

Alternatively, contact the local Qantas office for assistance.

Check-in

Check-in is located on Level 4 in Island N, and closes 1 hour before flight departure.

Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in is open from 24 hours to two hours before departure for international flights.

Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Baggage carousels are located in the arrivals hall on level 2.

Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.

Baggage services is handled by BFS/Bangkok Flight Services Co. located on level 2 behind baggage claim.

Transfers

Transfer between terminals

The domestic (Thai Airways, Thai Smiles and Bangkok Airways) and international terminals are located in the same building.

Nok Air and Lion Air are located at the Don Muang AirportOpens in a new tab or window (DMK). Air Asia operates from both Don Muak Airport (DMK) and Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) so please take note of this when booking your flight. Vietjet Air operates from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).

An airport shuttle bus between Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Muang Airport is available between 5am to midnight. Located on Level 2 and exit door 3 after customs.

A free shuttle bus operates between the airport terminal and the Transport Centre.
Taxis Public taxis are located outside the arrivals hall (level 1) and at the Transport Centre.
