Qantas flights QF1-QF399 and Jetstar flights operate from the international terminal.

Counter is located in departures on level 3.

For 24 hour assistance, contact the local Qantas Office for assistance.

Check-in and is located at counters C16-24 on departure level 3. It opens 3 hours before departure for Qantas operated services, and closes 1 hour before departure.

Note: For Qantas codeshare and Jetstar flights, check in with the operating carrier.

Australian passport holders can now use the immigration automated departure gates for faster departure clearance. These gates are located to the right of the departures hall.

Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

Customers are reminded that an Australian Government liquids, aerosols and gels (LAGS) restrictions apply. Additional checks are conducted at the gate lounge with all liquids and gels over 100 mls not allowed to be brought onboard including bottled water purchased in the terminal. Duty Free can be purchased and will be brought to the the gate lounge by Duty Free Sales staff prior to departure (please retain the receipt for collection of Duty Free goods).

Immigration have dedicated counters for customers over 60 years of age and for families travelling with young children and infants. These counters are located to the right in the arrivals hall.

Baggage carousels are located in the arrivals hall, after immigration. 

Information boards display flight carousel numbers. Baggage Services can be contacted on +62 361 9366 964. For further queries, please look for the JAS Airport Services counter in the baggage claim area.

You can walk between the domestic and international terminals by following the directional signs. It takes approximately 5 minutes.
