One - Update contact details in Manage Booking
To ensure we can contact you wherever you are and provide updates on your flight, simply add your current email address, mobile number and if travelling overseas any international numbers to your booking via Manage Booking You'll need your booking reference.
Two - Facebook messenger
Stay in touch with us using Facebook Messenger. Get flight updates, search domestic flights or chat with someone.
Three - Passport
Remember to pack your passport and double check it’s valid (some countries won’t accept it within six months of expiry).
Four - My trips
Plan your travel with the Qantas app, offering up-to-date flight details, check in, inflight entertainment and more.
Five - Online Check-in
Save time and check in online 24 hours before your flight, or download the Qantas app and ‘Add Trip’ to check-in.
Six - Flight Status
Find the most up-to-date flight arrival and departure times, and register for SMS and email notifications to your Flight Status*

Preview our inflight entertainment, and bring along any other favourite content on your own device.
Eight - Travel money
Sort your travel money before you go, to ensure you have local currency available on your arrival.
